I’m inquiring about the Receptionist / Administrative Assistant listing. My previous employment experiences make me a viable candidate for this job. I have experience as an administrative assistant; answering and directing all phone calls, recording time sheets, scheduling meeting, booking flights, hotel and car rental accommodations. Along with all inventory and purchase orders and all shipping and handling. Beyond administrative work I’ve also acquired a work background that has required me to deal with situations and customers that have expanded my ability to deal with unique situations. From being a personal caregiver which requires listening and paying attention details of an individuals needs. In the sign industry I worked with computer programs, did on-site installations which required fulfilling vinyl graphic productions to installing the graphics; all requiring attention to the details of the written orders and then carefully listening to the customers concerns and questions.
