Customer Service Representative / Inbound Call Center

This is a great opportunity for experienced Customer Service Representatives! These are career, temp to hire positions with great benefits, competitive pay and are in a professional call center environment. We have several positions available. Responsibilities-

  • Answer questions related to patient billing and provide accurate information regarding insurance benefits, providers, claims, referrals, and eligibility, etc.
  • Great attention to detail in order to document any inquiries, complaints, conversations, and procedures completed related to patient billing or patient’s account
  • Collect appropriate payments from customer
  • Identify and understand customer needs and expectations while satisfying these needs and expectations

Requirements-

  • Minimum of 2 years call center environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Knowledge of insurance industry and billing procedures
  • Basic computing skills, including proficient use of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
