Candidate Vetting:  We perform a diligent review of the candidate’s work experience to get to the level of expertise actually developed on each job the person has held.  We uncover a solid understanding of dead line pressure and work style the candidate successfully functions under on the job.

 

Skills  Testing:  We provide testing to match the job skills you require for your  open position. This ensures the candidate has the true capability to perform on the job.

 

Additional Conditions such as a drug screen, background check, etc. are also conducted at your request.
