- Answer questions related to patient billing and provide accurate information regarding insurance benefits, providers, claims, referrals, and eligibility, etc.
- Document any inquiries, complaints, conversations, and procedures completed related to patient billing or patient’s account
- Collect appropriate payments from customer
- Identify and understand customer needs and expectations while satisfying these needs and expectations
- Minimum of 2 years call center environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of insurance industry and billing procedures
- Basic computing skills, including proficient use of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm $15-$16 hour
