Customer Service Representative


We are hiring for professional Customer Service Associates with experience in a Medical/Health Insurance setting.

  • Answer questions related to patient billing and provide accurate information regarding insurance benefits, providers, claims, referrals, and eligibility, etc.
  • Document any inquiries, complaints, conversations, and procedures completed related to patient billing or patient’s account
  • Collect appropriate payments from customer
  • Identify and understand customer needs and expectations while satisfying these needs and expectations
  • Minimum of 2 years call center environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Knowledge of insurance industry and billing procedures
  • Basic computing skills, including proficient use of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm $15-$16 hour
